Annual Camping Your Home Away From Home

What is an annual site?

An annual site is a place where you leave your RVor park model for the duration of your lease term.  Your site is there waiting for you and is the ideal home away from home all season long.

Are pets allowed at my annual site?

Your pets are part of your family and are welcome at our campground.  However, they are not a part of everyone else's family and must be kept on a leash or confined to your site at all times.

Only dogs and cats are allowed.

What is the lease term?

Annual sites are just that-annual.  Leases run for 12 months, starting in March.  Lot prices vary depending on location, size, and view.  Rent includes water, sewer, electricity, and garbage as well as mowing and use of the anemities.  Individual lot weedeating, and WiFi is not included.

What amenities are available to guests?

God's Country offers many amenities to our guests.  In addition to the convenience store that carries groceries, clothing, beer, ice, propane, gas and locally sourced produce, eggs, meat, pizza and ice cream, we also offer firewood , bait and tackle.

  • Four individual bathrooms complete with private showers

  • Covered patio for gathering

  • Sunday worship services on the patio

  • Cement Safe House capacity 350 people-no pets allowed

  • Family events including Fourth of July parades with an amazing fireworks show, and a fall festival celebration

What are the benefits of an annual site?

There are many benefits to having an annual or seasonal site.  A place to call your own, a community of friends, and a site to personalize are some of the most common benefits.  An annual site provides an escape from the everyday and acts as your second place where you can get away from it all without having to travel far.  No need to pack and unpack, no need to make reservations.  Annual campers tend to spend more time utilizing their spot.
